memorii pentru aniversarea 15 ani

In primul rand felicitari tuturor pilotilor care au zburat in campanie, si eu si Mytzu ne-am bucurat sa vedem ca in sfarsit va dati silinta si ca zburati cu pasiune. Celor doi piloti indisponibili pe moment Sorel si K0rn le doresc sa-si rezolve cu succes si cat mai rapid problemele pt a putea reveni si ei in actiune, le simtim cu toti lipsa..
In al doilea rand stiu ca probabil va e tare dor sa mai cititi cate un post de-al meu de cateva pagini in care va fac cu ou si cu otet, dar trebuie sa va dezamagesc, acest lucru nu o sa se mai intample prea curand. De ce? Pt ca nu mai sunteti rookies. Ati trecut proba focului si acum sunteti piloti experimentati. Sper ca v-ati convins ca un razboi virtual e cel mai bun profesor, si ca fiecare ora de zbor inseamna o lectie. V-am lasat in pace, sa va descurcati cum puteti, ca sa va fortam sa ganditi singuri si sa va luati propriile decizii.

Perioada de learning s-a terminat. De astazi se revine la principiile de baza.
Ce inseamna asta? Simplu. Va reamintiti tot ce s-a facut in basic training si aplicati.

In threadul asta va voi posta ordinul de lupta. Directivele de aici se vor respecta cu sfintenie. Considerati acest thread ca manualul D13-th pt razboaie virtuale.

Reguli de conduct:
-In orice moment pastrati imaginea escadrilei. Nu va luati la injuraturi, pissing contests, nici in HL, nici in misiuni, nici pe forumuri.
-Cuvintele noob, uber, cheater nu exista in vocabularul D13-th. Whiner exista, dar doar folosit cu moderatie.
-Nu trageti in parasute(motiv de dat afara din escadrila).
-Nu folositi smoke,lights in lupta.
-Nu furati kills. Orice avion care are scoate fum negru gros, e in flacari sau a fost abandonat de pilot este off-limits. Orice altceva merge dar in limita decentei.
-Nu faceti vulch. Aterizeaza-decoleaza sunt fair game, dar orice e pus pe burta sau pe roti e off-limits.
-Daca sunteti rugati sa lasati un membru al unui squad in locul vostru(in HL sau in misiune), urmati-va bunul simt, in functie de situatie. E dreptul vostru sa refuzati, dar fiti la fel de politicosi ca cel care v-a rugat.( ex: la "D13-th move from slot" un raspuns acceptabil este "Fuck off"). Daca sunteti rugat de host executati fara comentarii.

Reguli generale(in ordinea importantei):
-Supravietuieste si vino cu avionul acasa.
-Adu-ti coechipierii acasa.
-Indeplineste misiunea.
-Doboara inamici.
-Distruge tinte secundare.

Astea au fost incalzirea. Acum vin chestiile mai serioase.

-Incepand de astazi se va respecta chain of command in urmatoarea ordine( structura e data de mytzu asa ca daca nu intelegi il futeti pe el la cap nu pe mine):
Rhyn0->Mytzu->Toppy->Dan->Zayets->TakeOff->Electric->Tomcat->Soare->Zaelu
Ordinele comandantului sunt lege. Dar el are si responsabilitatea misiunii.La inceperea misiunii va distribui pilotii si va da directive clare despre cum se va desfasura misiunea. Este treaba lui sa conduca tactic in lupta pilotii, si sa le asigure supravietuirea. Periodic vom verifica misiunile, iar rezultatele dezastruoase vor trebui explicate.

-Ordinele se executa, nu se discuta. Intentionez sa fiu foarte strict in privinta asta pentru ca disciplina a avut de suferit in ultima vreme. Suntem o formatiune militara, fie si ea virtuala.

-Disciplina radio: inca un capitol la care am regresat, e o harababura pe radio de nu se mai poate. Puneti mana si cautati manualu de basic training si recititi ce am scris acolo. Nu ma voi sfii sa dau mute pe teamspeak/ventrilo la cei care vor mai vorbi aiurea, chiar si in timpul misiunii. Nu se mai accepta mai mul de 4 piloti pe un canal, decat in caz exceptional cand toti au aceeasi sarcina. folositi binduri de whisper si impartirea pe canale.

Atat pt chestiile generale. Din cateva motive nu pot sa termin totul acum, dar va mai urma o portiune de strategie si tactica pentru fiecare tip de misiune de BW. Incercati sa nu faceti hijack la thread.

Edit: intentionez sa instalez un sistem de pedepse pt ofense majore, inclusiv revocarea dreptului de zbor pe o perioada si chiar degradarea.

La fel si faptul ca preferati sa faceti dogfight intre voi decat sa zburati cu alti oameni, sau in razboaie virtuale. Luati de exemplu liga asta amarata de 1v1. La inceput toata lumea entuziasmata, un lucru nou vai ce frumos. Meciurile din grupa s-au terminat pe data de 10 Martie.. si de atunci nimic. Acum suntem in 22 Martie daca nu ma insel.. Vi se pare normal? Mie nu.
Toata lumea vrea fighter training, nu? Bineinteles. Cum sa va fac eu fighter training daca nu imi demonstrati ca vreti sa invatati? De ce sa ma mai obosesc? Ca sa va bateti dupa aia ca chiorii intre voi pe serverul lui Toppy? In momentul de fata eu nici nu stiu cu ce ati ramas voi din basic training, in afara de niste chestii grosiere( cum ar fi faptul ca electric stie acum sa aterizeze, takeoff asculta macar 40% din ordine si toppy nu mai face headon decat la 80% din cazuri). Sincer eu am obosit sa trag de voi, si de curand am aflat ca si Mytzu la fel. Partial si de aia n-am mai zburat cu voi in ultima vreme. Dar ce am facut in timpul asta? M-am antrenat.. pt ca ruginisem rau de tot. Asa ca am scost TS din uz, si am bagat misiuni la greu, cu ochii cat cepele si atent la ce greseam. Cel mai bun training e atunci cand constientizezi singur ce ai gresit si incerci sa te corectezi.. pot sa va zic eu de 10 ori un lucru, sa va pun sa-l invatati pe de rost, la fel ca poezia de BnZ.. o mai tineti minte? "Picaj pe bandit, deflection daca am pozitie, daca nu NU FORTEZ!.. redresare.. EXTEND pana numar la 5 rar, verific sasele, daca am separation incep spirala pe stanga.." si toata chestia asta nu are nici 10% din valoarea educativa pe care ar fi avut-o daca dupa un gunpass nereusit in loc sa va pierdeti toata energia intr-un viraj dupa bandit ati fi facut un extend si dupa aia o spirala si ati fi vazut cu satisfactie si eventual uimire cum banditu intra in stall la 500 metri sub voi ceea ce va pune intr-o pozitie excelenta de reversal si e game over pt el..
In momentul de fata nu pot spune ca escadrila are vre-un pilot roman activ. Nici chiar eu, pt ca am avut o gamada de examene si nu am avut cand sa zbor. Pe Mytzu saracu nu l-am mai vazut zburand singur de un car de ani, de fiecare data e cu unu sau doi dupa el, sa-i antreneze sa le arate etc
De ce va zic toate astea? Pt ca tre sa realizati ca in acest moment nu mai suntem nici macar la nivelul escadrilelor care se strang o singura seara pe saptamana sa joace impreuna.
Sunt sigur ca exista "circumstante atenuante".. examene , viata reala s.a.m.d. Se intampla.. dar nu la toti odata.. Fiti siguri ca eu nu o sa trag de voi sa zburati.Faceti ce vreti nu o sa stau eu in calea fericirii voastre.. Nu stiu Mytzu ce o sa faca, dar dupa cum il stiu eu banuiesc ca o sa tot incerce.. Asta nu inseamna ca daca vine unu la mine si ma trage de maneca ca nu stie chestia asta nu o sa ii arat cu placere. Dar "chestia aia" sa fie ceva de genu pastrarea energiei intr-un rolling scissor, sau gun deflection la 90 de grade, nu " Nu stiu sa fac 1v1 teach me". Intelegeti odata ca tre s-o incasati de x sute de ori pana sa invatati o chestie. Exemplu: ultimele 2-3 zile am tot facut 1v1 pe hyperlobby.Au fost si oameni pe care i-am batut usor, dar sincer nu mi-au oferit multa satisfactie, in primul rand pt ca nu am invatat nimic nou. Au fost insa vreo 3 care m-au batut brutal, de genu 7-0.. Credeti ca nu m-am enervat? Credeti ca nu imi venea sa dau cu sticku de pamant? In loc de asta am salutat frumos de fiecare data, am dat refly, si am incasat-o din nou. La sfarsitu zilei am luat frumos trackurile la rand si le-am analizat la rece. Mi-a dat si Dan o carte super misto legata de aircombat(o s-o puna mytzu pe D13-th si o sa va dea link mai incolo.), si ieri am intrat din nou pe HL. Cum credeti ca m-am simtit cand am scos 2-2 contra omului care imi daduse 7-0 ziua trecuta? Cum credeti ca m-am simtit cand l-am facut sa intre in flatspin dupa ce a condus lupta timp de 14 minute cu peste 1000 de metri avantaj de altitudine si eu aveam motoru fumegand si pilotu ranit?
Chestia asta v-am spus-o si pe la inceputul basic trainingului.. Pana ma urma o sa deveniti buni, dar cat de repede o sa se intample asta depinde de cat de mult v-o doriti.

Poate mai aveam de spus dar nu mai am timp momentan.Incercati sa nu raspundeti la threadu asta decat daca aveti ceva neaparat de comentat.. Nu l-am scris ca sa va caut nod in papura, nu ma intereseaza scuze, motive etc. L-am scris ca sa va deschid un pic ochii.. Lasati actiunile sa vorbeasca pt voi.

OK, o sa explic aici mai pe'ndelete ca sa inteleaga toti (si cei care sunt deja in lista si cei caer sunt in escadrila dar nu au fost trecuti pe lista cat si cei care vor sa intre in escadrila).

* Escadrila D13-th nu este o escadrila romaneasca.
* Escadrila D13-th are doi Commanding Officers (cei doi fiind si intemeietorii escadrilei): eu cu NoVOlume (Finlanda)
* In cadrul escadrilei D13-th exista un "sfat al batranilor" format din ofiterii de rang mare (care sunt totodata si cei mai vechi piloti din escadrila)
* Deciziile importante se iau la nivelul acestui "sfat al batranilor"
* La ultima sedinta s-a constat o oarecare confuzie cu privire la randurile escadrilei noastre - exista foarte multi piloti inregistrati(in jur de 30 ) si foarte putini activi ( in jur de 7 - 8 ) de aceea s-a luat decizia de a sista recrutarile anul acesta (sau pana se pune la punct treaba si stim ce piloti raman in continare activi si ce piloti s-au lasat) - Alarm si ceilalti, nu este cazul sa va impacientati :] voi sunteti practic in escadrila iar la urmatoarea intalnire voi avea grija sa rezolv problema aceasta.
* Ca sa intrii in D13-th nu trebuie sa dai examene sau Dzeu mai stie ce - trebuie doar sa fii un tip ok (exceptie face flash :)) :)) , glumesc :) ).
* Din pacate atunci cand am facut lista postata aici am omis cativa piloti de care mi-am dat seama mai tarziu, aceasta greseala va fii remediata de indata ce vom tine urmatorul sfat al batranilor :] Imi cer inca odata scuze pentru asta, dar la momentul respectiv era destul haos.
* Urmatoarea sedinta va avea loc in momentul in care NoVolume va fii online again - s-a mutat in alta casa si dureaza pana ii trag linia.

Inca o treaba.. asta legat si de escadrila Ro: D13-th a crescut destul de mult in ultimul timp asa ca am supus atentiei celorlalti sa transformam Escadrila D13-th in Grupul D13-th :] asta inseamna ca acest grup va avea 3 - 4 escadrile, una din escadrile fiind romaneasca.Escadrilele evident vor purta tot marca D13-th, transformarea D13-th in grup si impartirea lui in escadrile fiind pur o chestie organizatorica.

Daca mai aveti nelamuriri, va rog intrebati.

Debriefieng:

It's early in the morning and we're schedualed for 09:00, patrol Derbety area and north of it. Looks like the russians are preparing something... Me and Myg will fly our 109-F4's and will meet the lads from the 109-G2 group over in the area. We might also encounter some stookies - those pilots are really crazy !
We takeoff in a hurry as what seems a russian offensive just started - The fight is only Km's away from our field, we can hear the explosions. We takeoff in a hurry only to see lots of tracers, explosions, columns of dense smoke and enemy units trying to cross the bridge towards the village. Our troops can bearly hold their positions under the enemy pressure. We announce over the radio the situation then head north of Derbety to see what is happening there, once we reach the bridge we are greeted with many AA tracers - something is not good for sure - we continue to scout the frontline in that sector and I soon notice at our 4 ock higher 2 cons coming from Abganerovo, it is the 2 109-G2's. We return to Derbety only to see the situation geting worse, enemy tanks reached the outskirts of the village, lots of explosions, dust, smoke, fire and burning carcases are spread around Derbety. I vector the 2 109-G2's piloted by Stabsfeldwebel Toppy and Oberfeldwebel Korn to drop their 500kg bombs on the enemy spear head. Toppy misses the tanks but Korn blats one to pieces. Me and Myg return to the position north of Derbety and Myg loses sight of me but we regroup eventually. Soon I notice our mechanized infantry pulling back followed several enemy armoured formations and infantry halftracks that broke through our lines and are heading towards Abganerovo via Plodovitoe, soon the AA barage gives us a warm welcome.. too warm for my taste. I am turning towards our lines - wherever those are right now ... and keep going untill I'm oustide of enemy flak range,then I vector a pair of Bf110-G2's piloted byHauptfeldwebels Zaelu and TakeOff to this position. For some reason the 110's came in high at about 1km altitude and as I look over my shoulder I notice one of them trailing smoke - it was dammaged by enemy AA. Suddenly Myg is calling bandits in his 6 but he's no longer with me and I can't help him right away, I warn the 110's about the danger suggest the smoking one to rtb at once, seconds later the other 110 is attacking the enemy units on the road and soon one of its engine starts trailing black smoke, the next second green tracers start shooting to the south above the river - not far from where the 110's attacked - and I realise that it is Myg chased by enemies, I desperatly try to warn him about heading directly into enemy flak, he probably didn't hear me or heared me too late... poor sod gets shot down in flames by enemy ground fire. I keep telling the 110's over the radio to rtb imediatelly and soon I notice a Yak who got behind me, I violently push the stick forward while the safety belt is hurthing my shoulders and try to extend towards abganerovo, at the same time I vector the 2 109-G2's to my location, after extending I pull up in a left turn, for some reason the 110's did not leave when adivsed and now they have bandits closing their crippled planes, I dive on one of those bandits but I don't have a position and brake a way in a left hand spiral climb - just my luck... I notice another Yak comfortably getting in my 6, I push the stick forward throwing the plane in a violent negative G manouver and I see the Earth quickly coming towards me, somehow the Yak puts some holes into my left wing and cockpit. Now I'm behind the 2 smoking 110's who are finally heading home, however I soon pass by them due to my high speed, green tracers are flying all around my cokpit and I desperatly try to avoid being hit. One of the 110's is now on fire and I see its crew bailing out - at least they're on our side. The Yak is still on me.. as I look over my right shoulder for the enemy I notice the second 110 on fire but it keeps flying towards our base at Abganerovo which is only kilometers away. The bandit is still in my 6 and I can't manouver much due to my dammaged wing so I keep going towards the field hopeing our AA crews will shake him off. While I'm being chased by that Yak I notice another one aproaching Zaelu's burning wreck, fortunatelly we are very close to the field and the 110 is preparing for an emergency landing. The anti aircraft defences finally open fire on the chasing Yaks, but one bandit manages to make a shot at Zaelu's plane while he crashes his badly dammaged plane on the grass runway, I imediatelly drop on the Yak's head while the AA is also shooting at him soon he is trailing fuel. Zaelu's wreck finally comes to a halt and it is soon engulfed in flames and smoke. I manage to get in the bandit's 6 but can't get him in my crosshair so I pull harder on the stick forgetting I have a dammaged wing and I stall my plane some 500m above the ground, fortunatelly I manage to get it out at 300m. The fighting becomes really intense above the airfield with several planes chasing and shooting each-other. I see one enemy shooting its green tracers at one of ours and turn towards it only to see another 109 sending the ruskie into the ground - later I found out it was Toppy (hehad radio problems and I could not hear his claim). The fight suddenly stops and I can only see friendly planes around, we all head towards Derbety and Toppy soon sees high contacts infront of us heading towards the same village, I see them too but in the same second I notice many planes coming really low from our 12 and going oposite direction, I order everyone to engage. I pick a target and dive towards it from 1500m, as I close in I notice the familiar shape of IL2's, when he finally fills my gunsight I squiz the triggers and see explosions on his fuselage just before pulling up to avoid a collision with him, he went straight down, but there's no time too loose, there are so many of them and so few of us and to make things worse, their escorts are right above us, it will be a miracle if we survive this one... I see another IL2 making a banking left and I cut into his turn giving him a 90 degrees deflection, poor bugger went straight into the ground, I must have killed the pilot. Right infront of me I cna see 6 planes fighting and soon I join them, Yaks, 109's, IL2's... they're all turning and shooting. I choose the last Yak who's chasing one of ours and I put some holes into his right wing then I pass by him due to my higher speed, I spiral climb to my left and soon I notice a Yak turning behnid me, I imediatelly enter a dive and I loose him, looking back I can see at least 10 planes fighting a dramatic battle, I soon rejoin the fight only to notice again a Yak getting in my 6, he starts shooting and I push the throttle to maximum and head south, he soon disangages and I return to the furball where I can see at least 8 planes fighting and several thick black smokes on the ground marking the place where planes crashed. Another Il2 pops up infront of me and I start closing in from his 6 low, I shoot and I can see hits on his rudder and left wing then he imediatelly starts diving in a left spiral, near the ground he pulls up and begins to climb - it is the moment when I get a perfect shooting position and send him into the ground with a burst that hit him from his engine all the way to his tail. Meanwhile the fight moved about 5 Km south of my position and I go towards it at full speed, I see one Yak turning low and dive on him but while I was about to shoot I see friendly tracers going over my shoulder so I disengage on my right and get ontop of the bandit, I see another 109 diving on him and missing I get behind and I hit him behind the cockpit but he keeps flying and fighting, another 109 gets in his 6 and gives him a fuel leack it's my turn to have a shot at him and I hit his plane again but he keeps flying deeper in their lines, two more bursts hit him near the cockpit and in his left wing and he finalyl goes down. When I turn my head I notice 4 planes fighting furiously and green tracers trying to hit the 109's, I imediatelly go to their help but the situation becomes favorable to us. Further west I can see a plane desintegrating under the fire of a 109. I follow a Yak that is going east, another 109 is here with me, probably Orion, somehow the Yak got behind the other 109 but I manage to clear him, due to my manoiuvers I lost sight of the 2 planes but soon I noticed a contact not far from my position, as I closed in I identified a U2 biplane, one burst and he's going down without one wing.. as I turn around I notice the 2 planes I lsot earlier, the Yak is behind the 109 shooting at him, I mange to put some hits on him and now he's trailing fuel, I hit him well during the 2nd pass but he's still flying, I can clearly see his right wing being full of wholes and I'm surprised he is still flying, I keep shooting at him only with my MG's and he finally goes down. It was only me and Korn left in the area, the others rtb'ed due to low fuel and no ammo, soon we hear Toppy vectoring us towards Abganerovo where a pair of Hurricanes are attacking a Uhu recon, finally we make visual and dive on them, I take the first while Korn takes the second. I manage to give a fuel leack with the machine guns to my target while Korn quickly dispose of the other one, I make another pass at my hurri and this time I can see his engine smoking, however I am winchester and he's already in his lines protected by flak. Both of us land at Baganerovo after what seems an infernal mission full of situation changes. Unfortunatelly we lost Myg this mission but he was revenged: we shot down at least 15 enemies.
